We have a few different ways. It's easy, just read the instructions carefully, and follow these simple steps. You have until September 24th to get involved.
For people living within the US (and those outside who wish to participate):

4) Proceed to checkout. Thanks to the work of Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Donate Life contributor, Rasha Hassanein, the options now includes the category 'Alex O'Loughlin Fan'. Please select this when making your payment, it will enable Donate Life to track any orders.
5) Take a photo, this can be of the item itself, or a picture of you wearing or holding it. Send the photo to claire.eyles@alexoloughlinfansfordonatelife.com I will be creating a 'Happy Birthday Collage' to send to Alex's publicist/representative, featuring the items fans have purchased in honour of Alex's Birthday.

Make a Donation in the amount of your choosing to Donate Life America.
You can do this one of two ways:

Please Note: This is the best, and only way we have of tracking Donations made to Organ Donation Awareness Groups besides Donate Life America. We are including this as an option for people living outside the US who wish to honor Alex's Birthday by supporting their local communities organ donation efforts.
In order to facilitate the participation of international fans, we have decided to allow the campaign to run until the 24th of September. We will send an initial report & birthday email to Alex's representative before this, with the final report & photo collage to be sent through after that.
